You have several opportunities for ice skating in Switzerland, you can choose between taking your first turns on ice skates with ice skating assistance, rasing across the ice with a stick and puck, or simply enjoying a mulled wine at the edge of the rink. There is something for everyone at one of these Swiss ice rinks. Whether natural ice or artificially created ice, it is impossible to escape its fascination.

There are many ways to skate in the cold winter months, sometimes the frozen lake turns into a wonderful playground for all skaters, for example on the ice of Lac de Joux, not hier in my pics.

Or until March 10, if you feel like you need a break in the Zurich region, you can enjoy some punch and fondue in the restaurant Dolder throughout the winter or go for a skating round. Ice skates can be rented at the Dolder artificial ice rink.

Another good place to go ice-skating in winter is Alp Raguta at 1952 m above sea level. The entry to the 880 square meter natural ice rink is free of charge. Definitely all ice lovers are sure to get their kicks on Alp Raguta above the sea of fog wit an amazing natur sights.
