Evening stroll in Zermatt

Today I invite you in Zermatt on a pleasant alpine escape, it is situated at the base of the famous Matterhon, one of the visually mountains in the world, towering at about 4478 m between Switzerland and Italy. Zermatt it is a car- free town with amazing panoramic views. As the sun sets, behind the Matterhorn the town takes on a golden hue, perfect for a peacefuly walk.

After enjoying an wonderful day on the Glacier express, one of the most scenic train routes that conect St. Moritz with Zermat, we were very glad for a quiet evening to relax and rest here.

The Matterhorn as you can see have a nearly symetrical pyramid form, the mountain is surrounded by glaciers and rocks.

Walking along the charming streets you will see many traditional wooden chalets, apre ski bars for the many international and local tourists, the twinkling lightsof the town and surrounding peaks.
