Constance

For today a nice short trip in Constance a picturesque historic city center, with top culinary experiences and unspoiled nature, the city of Constance by Lake Constance in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, near the Switzerland and Austria borders has everything that invites you to relax, enjoy and spend time in this beautiful city. You just have to spend enough time.

First we wanted to go to the flower island of Mainau, UNESCO World Heritage Island Reichenau, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time, next time we'll be sure to visit, I haven't been there for a long time ago.

Constance has also a picturesque old town.

In the background, built between 1388 and 1391 as a granary and warehouse, is the historical and modern Constance Council building, today a meeting place directly on the harbor with a view of the lake and the Alps.

Shopping, restaurants as well as museums and a beautiful cathedral are all in a walking proximity.
