Some years ago I opened an account in the exchange Bitso which is strong in Mexico and Latinamerica. But since last year in Hong Kong is not allowed to access. I was keeping only some dollars in ADA, so is not painful. But some days ago I receive an email to confirm my account, otherwise they will eliminate it. How could I answer their questions if HK doesn't allow to access??

By the looks of it, you could just log in in the next 21 days and it should be good
Usually i got access from Hong Kong, even when i opened the account. But last year Hong Kong didn’t allow anymore the access to their website. Maybe some vpn!!
This would seem to be the best shot.
