I thought @leo.voter only gives rewards for HIVE Delegations, and not $LEO delegations.
thought so too - but @lstr.voter does take LP delegations
Then, should I change my delegation to lstr.voter?
Delegate Hive Power (HP) to @leo.voter and delegate $LEO to @lstr.voter

It's drops daily, you can check on keychain. On your Leo wallet, check transaction history, it must be there.
Leo.voter take HP, lstr.voter takes LP 🦁
