Hoy ya es miércoles 11 de junio de 2025. Tuve que venir a la biblioteca de la escuela a recargar un poco de gas ... para mis post diarios. Y claro, mi lugar preferido es este rincón.

Se me terminaron las imágenes que tomé del foto-diccionario de imágenes bilingüe inglés-chino. Y ahora que me puse a tomar más fotos en la hora del almuerzo me di cuenta lo rápido que pasa el tiempo. Había tomado 22 imágenes, una página tiene dos imágenes. Pensé que era mucho tiempo, y ya se me terminaron y necesito seguir con otras más. Uso una cada día para publicar en el post. Esto me ahorra pensar cada día qué palabra poner. Aunque a veces me hace sufrir la estructura que aparece en el ejemplo o la asimetría al cuadrar la equivalencia del significado en español, y podría ocurrir algo parecido en chino, pero como no hice el diccionario y tampoco entiendo el chino lo único que puedo hacer es recurrir a la comparación por medio de la IA. Por ejemplo, me sorprendió que para el Dedo del pie, al parecer el chino hace algo parecido al español mientras que en inglés hay una palabra para el dedo del pie.
Y bien, me puse a avanzar en unas fotos más en el rincón más acogedor de la biblioteca de la escuela. Luego hay libros que me atrapan y me distraen, pero hoy avancé un poco con unas imágenes más. Luego ya las pasaré a un documento que estoy usando para editar cada imagen en Freeform. Y de ahí pasa a formar parte del post.

Ese diccionario lo compré en una Librería de libros usados. En aquel momento tenía la intención de estudiar más el chino. El tiempo pasó y los ánimos se bajaron. De todos modos me pareció un buen material para tener vocabulario en inglés y yo agregar la palabra correspondiente al español. Y bueno, sólo lo hice en algunas imágenes. Es un 'libro' sin fuente. No hay editorial. El material es resistente y las imágenes están bien diseñadas.

He avanzado en la palabra número 65 (A Daily Word in Spanish...). Este pictionay lo empecé a usar a partir de la palabra número 38. Antes del 38 no hay versión en chino.

Today is already Wednesday, June 11, 2025. I had to come to the school library to recharge a bit of gas... for my daily posts. And of course, my favorite spot is this corner.

I ran out of images I took from the bilingual English-Chinese pictorial dictionary. And now that I started taking more photos during lunch, I realized how quickly time flies. I had taken 22 images; one page has two images. I thought it would take a long time, and now I’ve run out and need to continue with more. I use one each day to post. This saves me from having to think every day about which word to use. Although sometimes I struggle with the structure that appears in the example or the asymmetry when matching the meaning in Spanish, something similar could happen in Chinese, but since I didn't create the dictionary and I don't understand Chinese, the only thing I can do is rely on comparison through AI. For example, I was surprised that for "toe," it seems that Chinese does something similar to Spanish while in English there is a single word for "toe."
And well, I continued to work on more photos in the coziest corner of the school library. Then there are books that catch my attention and distract me, but today I made some progress with a few more images. Later, I'll transfer them to a document I'm using to edit each image in Freeform. From there, it will become part of the post.

I bought that dictionary at a used bookstore. At that time, I intended to study Chinese more. Time passed, and my motivation waned. Nevertheless, I thought it was a good resource to have vocabulary in English and to add the corresponding word in Spanish. Well, I only did this with a few images. It’s a 'book' without a source. There’s no publisher. The material is sturdy, and the images are well designed.

I have progressed to word number 65 (A Daily Word in Spanish...). I started using this pictorial dictionary from word number 38. There is no Chinese version before 38.
