En este post les comparto algunas fotos que me aparecen en el historial de Gmail. Son del 2014, y fueron de mi uno de mis últimos viaje de trabajo mientras trabajaba con hablantes de lenguas indígenas en México.

Barrancas del Cobre

Una de las montañas más imponentes que he visitado en México es el conjunto montañoso conocido como Barrancas del Cobre. Las vistas son imponentes.
Revisando algunas fotos del Drive de Gmail, he encontrado éstas que me recordaron aquel maravilloso viaje de trabajo. Cómo no sé bajar las fotos del drive, lo que estoy haciendo es tomar screenshots. Y aún hay otras más que luego buscaré, ya que faltan las vistas a ese vacío hermoso lleno de vida natural con vistas de color cobrizo.

Y bueno, a las alturas que se encuentra claro que hace frío. Aquí estoy en febrero de 2014. Hace 11 años, se celebraba el día de las Lenguas Indígenas.

Los indígenas locales visten sus prendas autóctonas. Para ellos el clima no es tan frío, pero para mí, era como estar en el invierno de Corea.

Bueno, ya buscaré más fotos, y espero compartir más de estas impresionantes vistas.

In this post, I’m sharing some photos from my Gmail history. They’re from 2014 and were taken during one of my last work trips while collaborating with speakers of indigenous languages in Mexico.

Copper Canyon

One of the most impressive mountains I’ve visited in Mexico is the mountain range known as Copper Canyon. The views are breathtaking. While reviewing some photos from my Google Drive, I found these that reminded me of that wonderful work trip. Since I don’t know how to download the photos from Drive, I’m taking screenshots instead. I’ll look for more later, as I still have pictures of that beautiful void filled with natural life and copper-colored views.

And well, at such heights, it’s clear that it’s cold. Here I am in February 2014. Eleven years ago, we celebrated Indigenous Languages Day.

The local indigenous people wear their traditional garments. For them, the weather isn’t too cold, but for me, it felt like being in winter in Korea.

Well, I’ll look for more photos, and I hope to share more of these stunning views.
