Inspiring! That's how I felt after reading this. I wish I lived closer to nature.
Laughing when you mentioned there's absolutely nothing fun about spring in Belgium. I love rainy days though. I feel the plants smiling when it's raining.

Yes, I love living close to nature, and would love to be even closer to it! Spring in Belgium is like have 4 seasons in one single day. And than that, 3 times a day even!!! It can easily freeze in the morning, be sunny and warm around noon, hail and rain storms in the afternoon, then have the greatest sunset to look at in a t-shirt.
I do like rain as well, not just like even, LOVE it, really do, especially how it smells after the rain. I do also often walk in the rain (or dance even! ;-) ). But in Belgium, it is often a little too much. For instance, in november & december combined, we had 3 days with sunlight. 6 days without rain. Now THAT is a bit too much :-)
