I've always enjoyed studio recorded music, but for this one, it's the first full live performance for what I believe is the super hit song of the year .. Golden from KPop Demon Hunters movie. It's pretty special as it's the first time EJae has performed in over twelve years. She trained as a KPop idol for over a decade but was later dropped for being over aged (and I bet there were other reasons too) to debut. She worked behind the scenes writing and producing music instead, being quite successful writing for other artists. Then the movie project came and she got listed as part of the songwriting team for it. She did the demos for a lot of the songs, having co-written four of them. Later on, she was offered to sing the part of the main character Rumi. Super glad she took the part as I'd say the rest is history.. and EJae deserves all the attention now since she has worked so hard to get this far... It's a super inspiring story.. I think that's also why the song just uplifts the spirit of a lot of folks -- definitely including me.. I'm watching this on repeat 😆 !LOL

It's very easy for me to choose the music that makes me feel alive and is my favorite. It's Otherside by Red Hot Chili Peppers. I heard this music as a kid on a cassette; I always listened to the whole album, and it became my favorite. I was always a solitary person, and listening to this song made me feel like I was in another world, and it transported me to another realm. It really makes me feel like I can do anything, and back then I didn't even know English, hehe, so it was all about the rhythm.

I always love listening to Coldplay songs and this particular song will always be a classic masterpiece from them which is released 17 years ago
