Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de #AmazingDrinks, les cuento que en los últimos días los malestares de la gripe, me dejaron un poco débil y quise reactivarme preparando bebidas ricas y con bastante valor nutricional, así que elegí preparar esta bebida que en sabor es muy parecida al sabor del yogur líquido de fresa.

La preparación de esta bebida parecida al yogur es muy sencilla y solo se necesita tener en casa fresas, bananas y leche, para quienes no la han probado déjeme decirles que es una bebida energética porque nos da una sensación confortable al estómago y el potasio del cambur junto al excelente sabor de la fresa, es delicioso.

Inicie retirando la concha de las bananas y use un cuchillo para cortarlo en rodajas que serví en el plato, junto a las fresas. También usé la cuchara para medir la azúcar y la leche a utilizar, y procedí a servirlas en un plato para facilitar el momento de agregarla a la licuadora.

Ubique la licuadora. Y serví las rodajas de banana, seguidamente agregué las fresas y el agua potable y empecé a licuar hasta ver la mezcla homogénea.

Luego de licuar la fresa junto a la banana, agrego la leche en polvo, para obtener mi rica bebida parecida al yogur.
