In this era where distressing events become increasingly frequent and close to home, we hear of new conflicts and wars in the distance every day. Finally, war reached our continent, even though it lasted only two hours. Even so, it was experienced with horror and fear. Imagine the communities that have lived with that fear and dread for years.

Faced with this scenario, we as parents try to maintain a world of joy and wonder, allowing our children to live peacefully without losing their childlike joy. We strive to ensure their childhood unfolds as well as possible, so they can be happy children and, in turn, bring us joy with their smiles.

Thus, before the most difficult moment of recent times in Venezuela, during Christmas, even when the danger and threat of attack were lurking, we Venezuelans continued trying to live in peace, maintaining the joy of our children.

In this photo, there is an event at my daughters' school, and in this Christmas act, a shadow is reflected as if Santa Claus's reindeer, Saint Nicholas, or Father Christmas were there, bringing fantasy and joy to soothe the children and keep their illusions alive.

En medio de esta época donde los eventos que nos angustian se hacen cada vez mas frecuentes y cercanos. Cada dia se escuchan en lo lejos un nuevo conflicto, una nueva guerra, hasta que al final en nuestro continente la guerra nos llego, aun cuando solo fueron 2 horas, aun asi se vivio con horro y miedo, imaginense los pueblos que llevan años con ese miedo, ese temor.

Ante este escenario nosotros como padres, tratamos de mantener ese mundo de alegrías y fantasía que permitan a nuestros hijos vivir en tranquilidad sin quitarles su alegría de niño, así transcurra su infancia lo mejor posible, para que sea un niño feliz y a su vez nos traiga alegría con su sonrisa.

es así que ante del momento mas difícil de los últimos tiempos en Venezuela, en navidad, aun cuando en ese momento estaba el peligro y la amenaza de ataque acechando, los venezolanos seguíamos tratando de vivir tranquilos, manteniendo la alegría de nuestros niños.

En esta foto es un acto en el colegio de mis hijas, y allí en este acto de navidad se ve reflejado la sombra como si los renos de santa Claus, san Nicolás o papa Noel que trae fantasía y alegría para apaciguar a los niños y mantener su ilusión.
