For years under past administrations, many of the city's theaters and other venues were closed, deteriorating over time, but several years ago they decided to restore and reopen them.

This is how the Caracas Municipal Theater is being restored and maintained in good condition and working order, with plays presented in its facilities.

This is how the reflection of hope can be seen in the rainwater forming a puddle on the ground. It shows that even in the midst of difficulties, beauty can be found amidst apathy and hardship.

Durante años en administraciones pasadas, muchas de los teatros y otras partes de la ciudad estuvieron cerrados, deteriorándose en el tiempo, pero ya lleva varios años que decidieron restaurar y poner en funcionamiento.

Es así que el teatro municipal de caracas se restaura y sea mantenido en el tiempo en buenas condiciones y en funcionamiento, con obras de teatro que se presentan en sus instalaciones.

Así se ve el reflejo de la esperanza en esa agua de lluvia que forma un charco en el suelo. Mostrando así que aun en medio de las dificultades sed puede lograr sacar la belleza en medio de la desidia y las dificultades.
