If we do not care about our health, then no one is going to care about our health, because in the world, a person has the most life, then he is not just his life and his body more than that. If everyone in the world loves their body, then we should also love our body in the same way and be constantly trying for its development.
What is a obesity?
The lifestyle management of the obesity body is due to the increasing weight which shows the body mass index. If your body mass index is more than 30, then you have come to the category of obesity. Obesity is only because of our proverb, for which we are responsible. If we do proper our lifestyle menge, then it will not get obesity at all. If you get obesity, then you will use more calories than the calories being used in your body. Therefore, obesity should be avoided. Because the prevention is the cure.
How Obesity affects our health?
Heart diseases such as acute coronary syndrome, heart attack or atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, joint pan which is caused by body, liver problems very common, Breathing issues and Deadly Common, Breathing issues Depression, anxiety, and emotional stress. So obesity is the house of all diseases who invite all the diseases themselves. We have trouble with going to the society because the lifestyle changes completely.
Some effective ways to get rid of this problem.
- Eat Healthy food : Consumption of junk food, fiber and cold drinks only reduce the fiber as a disadvantage factor for our health and cold drinks contain lot amounts of sugar which makes it easier to increase obesity. Fresh vegetable and fresh food should be eaten and that too in the limit. After eating food, there should be so much space in the stomach that 2 glasses of water can easily drink.
- Drink Plenty of Water : Maximum water should be drunk. If you should drink water for hours and keep checking the quality of the water of the house and checking TDS. 5 liters of water should go to your body in a day if you do not have any kidney related problem.
- Stay Physically Active : Before bathing in the morning, after lunch and dinner, you have to walk at least 45 minutes so that your muscles will stay in working and your food will also be digested. If exercise like yoga can be easily done at home, then yoga should be done together and promoted.
- Get Enough Sleep : Just as we get tired, our mind is also tired, which requires rest, so at least we should get 6-7 hours of continuous sleep.
