Portugal wins the UEFA Nations league for the second Time
Yesterday Portugal won the UEFA Nations league title against Spain. It was a fierce battle where both the 90 minutes and the extra time ended with a draw.
The score field was launched by Martìn Zubimendi for Spain at the 21 minutes of the first half. But five minutes later Nuno Mendes who was given man of the match because of his amazing performance equalised the match bringing it to 1-1.
Just before the halftime Mikel oyarzabal found his way to the net making it 2-1 in favour of Spain. At least one could say that the hope of the Spanish people increased. They came back from the halftime break and shortly after Cristiano Ronaldo equalised the match. It was a fierce battle between the two. Young players like Lamine yamal who are eager to win trophies to make name with their youthful age performed well. Shortly after Ronaldo was injured then he went off the pitch. The match went into extra time which still ended at 2-2.
After a little rest the penalties began, the both teams scored the first four penalties but on the fifth one Diogo costa made a save for Portugal. Rúben Nerves scored the fifth kick for Portugal which brought the victory for Portugal. Portugal became the first country to win the UEFA Nations league title twice. Nuno Mendes was crowned man of the match for his astonishing performance.

I have many titles with clubs, but nothing is better than winning for Portugal. It's tears. It's duty done and lots of joy. When you talk about Portugal it's always a special feeling.
