Likely because you bought $ACE from another user (P2P) instead of directly from LeoStrategy presale. Only direct purchases count for quests/tier tracking.

Per my experience, the feed is delayed, so you need to wait until your purchase appears in the activity feed on leostrategy.io/ACE before claiming on the quest. Also, if you buy ACE from another user, it won't count on the presale tier.
