Today, we saw once again that the crypto market is very sensitive to political decisions, even those that are not directly related to cryptocurrencies. Although more and more money is flowing into the market, a very large proportion of it comes from large investors, who in turn react to political decisions. Is this the end of the world? No, because Bitcoin is still worth over $100,000. Many other tokens have been hit harder. For me, this is a reason to invest for the long term, because the market is already fluctuating wildly. I can remember times a few years ago when the fluctuation was 25% within a few hours. What has changed since then? Actually, only that there are more people who have invested. Many want to get rich quick, and it works, but it's not easy, and only a few have this opportunity. Some of them already have insider information from politics. There have been a few projects where people tracked which projects politicians invested in and which laws they subsequently published. That's how it is today, and that's how it will be tomorrow.
In my personal opinion, you should only invest what you can afford to lose, especially in markets where you have little control. Another aspect is that profits or losses only count as such when you sell and settle the bill. If you have a surplus after deducting fees and taxes, you are in profit; if not, you are in loss. In cases like today, you can make a good profit if you see that the price is falling. Then you can sell and buy back at a lower price. I don't do this because I have neither the patience nor the knowledge to do so. I am more of a long-term investor and hold tokens for a few years. Regardless of market conditions, I will continue to build up my stake, possibly with more diversification. What do you think? What strategy do you pursue?

Heute hat man wieder gesehen, dass der Kryptomarkt sehr empfindlich auf politische Entscheidungen reagiert, selbst auf solche, die nicht direkt mit Kryptowährungen zusammenhängen. Es fließt zwar immer mehr Geld in den Markt, doch ein sehr großer Anteil davon stammt von Großinvestoren, die wiederum auf politische Entscheidungen reagieren. Ist das das Ende der Welt? Nein, denn der Bitcoin ist immer noch über 100.000 USD wert. Viele andere Token wurden härter getroffen. Für mich ist das ein Grund, langfristig zu investieren, denn der Markt fluktuiert schon stark. Ich kann mich an Zeiten vor ein paar Jahren erinnern, als die Fluktuation binnen weniger Stunden bei 25 % lag. Was hat sich seitdem geändert? Eigentlich nur, dass es mehr Leute gibt, die investiert haben. Viele wollen schnell reich werden, und es funktioniert auch, aber es ist nicht leicht, und nur wenige haben diese Chance. Einige davon haben bereits Insiderinformationen aus der Politik. Es gab einige Projekte, bei denen man verfolgte, in welche Projekte Politiker investierten und welche Gesetze sie danach veröffentlichten. So ist es heute und so wird es auch morgen sein.
Meiner persönlichen Meinung nach sollte man nur das investieren, was man auch verlieren kann, insbesondere in Märkte, in denen man nur wenig Kontrolle hat. Ein weiterer Aspekt ist, dass Gewinne oder Verluste nur dann als solche gelten, wenn man verkauft und die Rechnung aufmacht. Hat man nach Abzug der Gebühren und Steuern ein Plus, ist man im Gewinn, wenn nicht, im Verlust. Wie in Fällen wie heute kann man gut Gewinn machen, wenn man sieht, dass der Kurs fällt. Dann kann man verkaufen und bei einem kleineren Preis wieder einkaufen. Ich mache es nicht, denn ich habe weder die Geduld noch das Wissen dafür. Ich bin eher der Langzeitinvestor und behalte Tokens für ein paar Jahre. Unabhängig von den Marktbedingungen werde ich weiterhin den Stake aufbauen, eventuell mit mehr Diversifizierung.
