How would Germany benefit from blockchain?

As I live in Germany, I will pick this as my country. There are some good blockchain applications, that could help to develop.

The first, in my humble view, would be the tokenisation of the healthcare industry. Together with AI, it can be a powerful tool to improve the health of the population, it can provide faster and cheaper treatment. It will readjust the drug industry, as I can't tell it as healthcare, as prevention will be the key, not treatment of symptoms. If we use tokens, instead of the data of real persons, we will have a decency of anonymity. We can record markers from our body every once in a while, and if something is off, based on the chain data, we can investigate deeper. Imagine discovering cancer or dementia early on, when it can be stopped and treated easier.
I know there are ethical discussion about pension age, but with this system, a person can be fitter and healthier for a longer time. In an ageing society, like the German one is at the moment, being able to work longer, will also lift the pension burden from the state, where the money can be used to develop the infrastructure.
One major problem Germany has, is the lack of healthcare personnel. With blockchain technology, a lot of data can be retrieved faster, and less administrative tasks, that doctor are forced to do, will be shorter, freeing time for active duties.

Another point, could be the implementation of blockchain based notary services. With the blockchain technology, a clean land register can be maintained, and only assign a token to a land plot. This token, as wallet per se, can't be transferred, only the land as NFT gets a new token as owner. And this must be signed off by the notary, and the parties involved in the transaction. The contract can be crypted and stored also on the chain, in case if there are legal issues or challenges in the future. The whole legal system can be revolutionised.

The last I would be referring to, would the transportation industry. All means that are treated as NFTs, can have the entire history on the chain, without faking data, which is sadly happening very often. It can make the complete system more efficient, freeing time and also more accurate.
