Happy birthday Hive! / Alles Gute zum Geburtstag, Hive!

Exactly 5 years ago today, Hive was officially launched as a blockchain. #hiveisalive was written in the announcement post on 17 March and is now 5 years old.
Hive was created as the HF of Steem and on 20 March 2020 it became two blockchains. Hive has gone its own way and developed well. You should know the history if you are active here. This blockchain was created to revitalise the values that the old community lost when it took over the Steem blockchain.
After 5 years, I can say that a lot has changed, many new people have come and many of them have become friends. I am happy to have stayed here. The plan is to stay here and be active. I will be travelling a lot again and would like to visit old and new friends. Get to know those I don't know yet in person. After Covid, I only met people here at meetups or hive parties, whereas I used to meet up with someone somewhere in the world almost every week. Sometimes spontaneous meetups also came about, with @pollux.one and @andyjaypowell for example.
I am grateful for the last five years, especially for the experiences I have had and the people I have met, which would not have been possible without Hive. Congratulations, Hive!

Heute vor genau 5 Jahren wurde Hive offiziell als Blockchain gestartet. #hiveisalive wurde im Ankündigungspost vom 17. März geschrieben und ist nun 5 Jahre alt.
Hive entstand als HF von Steem und am 20. März 2020 wurden es zwei Blockchains. Hive ist seinen Weg gegangen und hat sich gut entwickelt. Die Geschichte sollte man kennen, wenn man hier aktiv ist. Diese Blockchain ist entstanden, um die Werte wiederzubeleben, die die alte Community durch die Übernahme der Steem-Blockchain verloren hat.
Nach 5 Jahren kann man sagen, dass sich viel entwickelt hat, viele neue Leute sind gekommen, viele davon sind Freunde geworden. Ich bin froh, hier geblieben zu sein. Der Plan ist, hier zu bleiben und aktiv zu sein. Werde wieder viel reisen, möchte die alten und neuen Freunde besuchen. Die, die ich noch nicht kenne, auch persönlich kennenlernen. Nach Covid habe ich Leute hier nur noch auf Meetups oder Hivefesten getroffen, wobei ich früher fast jede Woche irgendwo auf der Welt ein Treffen mit jemandem hatte. Manchmal sind auch spontane Meetups entstanden, mit @pollux.one und @andyjaypowell zum Beispiel.
Ich bin dankbar für die letzten fünf Jahre, vor allem für die Erfahrungen, die ich gemacht habe, und für die Menschen, die ich getroffen habe, was ohne Hive nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Hive!

hey, you seem to have a great blog. I have noticed that you are getting downvoted by Assycon as I like to call him. Can you share a bit of background as to why this started?
Well, he attacked someone I value a lot, that helped me, and I counter it, also hold up against his continuous verbal abuse on discord, with logical arguments and facts. I offered peace, but he declines. This is it. He hates me, I ignore him, and that is the story. I stay rent-free in is had, as he flaggs everything, but he muted me, so he has to type my address or click on a link to find me. This is sad for him, and I think he has some issues on a personal level. Like the Brits say, keep calm and carry on. I ignore his noise and take care of the persons that matter to me in here.
