One house unit of Meunasah Krueng Term residents was destroyed by fire.
A fire disaster occurred in Panjang District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, one house unit in Meunasah Krueng Panjang Village was burnt down, Saturday, 27/01/2024.
The semi-permanent house caught fire at around 23.45. WIB, the house belongs to Munzir which he lives with his family. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
According to information, Munzir and his family were not at home at the time of the incident. They were at their parents' house. The fire was initially noticed by the local community, people saw that the fire had started to grow and was burning down houses.
Knowing that a fire had occurred, local residents immediately helped put out the fire with improvised extinguishing equipment. The public also contacted the Bireuen fire brigade.
Not long after, two fire fleet units from the Kuta Blang Post arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire, officers immediately carried out watering and cooling. However, the size of the fire caused Munzir's house to burn down along with its contents.
No property was saved from this disaster, Munzir and his family had to lose their place to live. There were no casualties in the disaster, but one house unit and its contents were burnt down.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Bireuen Regency Disaster Preparedness Cadets, Zulfikar, in his report release, stated that a fire had occurred in Meunasah Krueng Panjang Village, Panjang District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, Saturday, 01/27/2024.
One house unit belonging to Munzir, who is a local resident, was burnt down along with its contents. The cause of the fire is not yet known, there were no casualties in this accident.
Zulfikar said Munzir lived in the house with his wife and two children. The victim data is as follows Munzir (Head of Family), Erayanti (Wife), Siti Mariam Humaira (child) and M. Alif Fatih (child).
Zulfikar added that after the disaster, the Bireuen Regency Government, through the Social Service, had distributed panic aid to the victims. The handover of the aid was witnessed directly by the local village government and the surrounding community.
