My beer experience: definitely a roller coaster 🫣😅

Hey guys,

Sooo this is my first time posting in this community, but it feels like a community where I can let myself go and write freely and without restraint

I’m not exactly a beer person, honestly I don’t think I can mention a particular beer I would say I like or enjoy 🤷🏽‍♀️

If we are to talk about alcohol on the other hand, that I can say I prefer. Especially the likes of Amarula, best cream and the likes.

Now I know some of you would think” oh that’s just the easy version of alcohol “ but even with the cream mixed in, some people can’t stand it.

Other than these creamy ones I can still hold my own when it comes to the normal alcohol like magic moment and the likes.

Now, let me use a memory that lives rent free in my mind to tell you why I don’t particularly like beer( trust me it’s one of my most embarrassing memories 😫😅);

Soo, I’m a final year student in university, going through my final exams. On the day of the last paper, my friends and I that read together decided to go out and get drinks to celebrate us being “done and dusted” with UNN and her torture disguised as school 🤣.

Now mind you, we were three guys and three ladies and all three of us ladies knew how to hold our own with alcohol.
Soo the guys suggested “let’s go for something different this time, maybe beer instead” I agreed thinking “it’s alcohol as well no? Lets give something new and different a try”

Maaaaan I have never been more wrong in my life. It wasn’t just “alcohol as well” like I had thought, it was something more, something more bitter 😆 honestly I really thought it would taste more like the magic moment St. Remy and the likes that I knew was already used to

Till now I don’t even remember how that night ended 🤦🏽‍♀️ I just remember I woke up on the floor of my friend’s apartment covered in my own vomit 🤢😷 and I vowed we would go at it again to get over the taste and get better at drinking it tho I would have to be with friends I trust to get me home

Soo yes I haven’t taken like one full bottle of beer except Small sips and gulps from a friends cup unless you count Smirnoff Ice as beer that I can dink up to two or even 4 bottles 😆🫣 that’s definitely a favorite of mine 🤩🤩

Also!!!! How could I forget one that I could not even dream of not linking at all, it’s Star Radler people 😳 like I am beyond shocked I could even forget that particular drink tho 😱 that is one beer that doesn’t even tatse like beer and goes sooo well like I have drank that drink enough that I can’t even get high off of it anymore 😂🤣
