Shopping at an anime store

Como todos los años por estas fechas, tenemos la costumbre de comprarle los regalos de navidad y de cumpleaños a mi hijo, este año ha sido un poco mas difícil por la situación económica de mi país y por eso mismo tampoco pude comprar por Amazon como solía hacerlo, mi suegro nos ayudo a reunir algo de dinero para poder salir esta semana a comprar los regalos y queríamos darle juguetes que de verdad le gustaran es por eso que empecé a buscar por internet alguna tienda donde la mayoría de productos fueran tipo anime ya que a mi hijo le gusta mucho. Conseguí una tienda muy linda y pequeña pero que tiene demasiadas cosas geniales.

Like every year around this time, we have the custom of buying Christmas and birthday gifts for my son. This year it has been a little more difficult due to the economic situation in my country and for that reason I could not buy from Amazon as I used to. My father-in-law helped us save some money so we could go out this week to buy gifts and we wanted to give him toys that he would really like, that's why I started looking online for a store where most of the products were anime-related since my son likes it a lot. I found a very nice and small store but it has too many great things.

El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue en llegar ya que la tienda queda en un centro comercial que jamás había visto, a pesar de que caminamos muchísimo para llegar, valió la pena. La tienda se llama “MundoComics Jugueteria” y fuimos con un presupuesto de $150.

Es un espacio super pequeño, pero había de todo, mi hijo quedo enamorado de muchas cosas, el muchacho que nos atendió fue super amable y servicial y duramos casi una hora en esta tienda viendo que cosas comprar, mi hijo escogió como 9 cosas? No recuerdo realmente. Pero si fueron muchísimas cosas y terminamos pagando $140

It's a super small space, but there was everything. My son fell in love with so many things. The guy who helped us was super friendly and helpful, and we spent almost an hour in this store looking for things to buy. My son chose like nine things? I don't really remember. But there were a lot of things, and we ended up paying $140.

Y la dinámica que manejamos para este año era explicarle a mi hijo que iríamos a escoger los regalos que quiere y que el señor de la tienda los anotaría para hacerle la carta a Santa, ya que aun le mantenemos esa ilusión viva de la navidad. Para que no se sintiera tan mal escogimos un regalo que se lo daríamos hoy y fue este peluche de Pochita de un anime llamado Chainsaw man, esta completamente enamorado de su peluche jaja, desde que lo compre no lo ha soltado.

And the dynamic we handled this year was to explain to my son that we would go pick out the gifts he wanted and that the store owner would write them down to write his letter to Santa, since we still have that Christmas dream alive in him. So he wouldn't feel so bad, we chose a gift to give him today, and it was this Pochita plush from an anime called Chainsaw Man. He's completely in love with his plush, haha, and he hasn't let go of it since I bought it.

Y aquí están algunas cosas que les compre, la verdad estamos muy felices con estos juguetes ya que son cosas que realmente le gustan, tambien tiene un traje llamado Haori que es de un personaje de Demon Slayer, le queda un poco grande pero realmente lo quería desde hace mucho tiempo y fue increíble conseguirlo.

And here are some things I bought for them, the truth is we are very happy with these toys since they are things that he really likes, he also has a suit called Haori that is from a Demon Slayer character, it is a little big for him but he really wanted it for a long time and it was incredible to get it.

Fue un día muy bueno y me encanto esta experiencia ya que me recordaba a mi yo adolescente que solía visitar tiendas otakus pero nunca podía comprar nada jajaja.

It was a really good day and I loved this experience because it reminded me of my teenage self who used to visit otaku stores but could never buy anything lol.
