Desde hace unas semanas he notado que a mi hijo le cuesta ponerse el pantalón de la escuela, y aunque es de su talla ya le queda justo, este pantalón ya lleva mas de un año con el y recuerdo aun que le quedaban super grandes, en aquel entonces cuando estaban nuevos tuve que coserlo para que no le quedara tan grande, después de un tiempo le quite la costura y hoy ya le quedan demasiado apretados jaja.

For the past few weeks, I've noticed that my son has been having trouble putting on his school pants. Even though they're his size, they're already a tight fit. He's had these pants for over a year now, and I still remember how they used to be way too big on him. Back when they were new, I had to take them in so they wouldn't be so baggy. After a while, I let the stitches out, and now they're way too tight on him, haha.

Asi que le compramos uno nuevo, en mi país los pantalones escolares de mejor calidad son de una marca llamada “Ovejita” siempre le compramos allí todos sus uniformes, y esta no fue la excepción, aunque es un poco costoso vale la pena porque es de muy buena calidad, he visto uniformes en otros lugares y los pantalones son de una tela horrible que da hasta dentera sentir la tela. Este costo $27 pero desgraciadamente lo mande a comprar con mi suegro ya que ese día no pude salir y aunque el estaba con mi hijo igualmente compro una talla demasiado grande, le dije que comprara talla 10 (mi hijo es talla 8) pero compro talla 14

I told him to buy a size 10 (my son is a size 8), but he bought a size 14.

Allí pueden ver la diferencia de tamaños, la verdad no le queda tan grande como imagine (al menos de ancho) pero de largo si le queda enorme, asi que tuve que coserlo para que pueda ponérselo sin problemas y no lo arrastre en el piso.

Ver ambos pantalones juntos y pudiendo comparar los tamaños me hace sentir bastante nostálgica y me impresiona mucho ver la diferencia entre uno y el otro, lo rápido que crece y que no solo el uniforme le esta quedando pequeño, tambien mucha de su ropa, la cual siempre guardo y se la doy a mi suegro para que se la regale a otro niño.

Seeing both pairs of pants side by side and being able to compare the sizes makes me feel quite nostalgic, and I’m really struck by the difference between them—how quickly he’s growing, and how not only his uniform is getting too small for him, but also a lot of his other clothes, which I always save and give to my father-in-law so he can pass them on to another child.
