Green and gold combo?
Hello, friends.
For several days, I had been wanting to try a combination of gold and green because I was very curious to see how it would look, but I wanted to do it in an extravagant way, so I decided to use a duochromatic green pigment that is VERY bright, and for the gold, I used water-based body paint. This makeup is very striking and interesting, but it's definitely not something I would wear for any occasion. I feel like it fits more into the category of artistic makeup. I also wanted to do it in a different way, using a fine brush and creating waves that would leave a “messy” finish. I hope you like it.
As always, I first did my eyebrows and then applied concealer to my eyelids. I took some gold paint and applied it to the middle of my eyelids. Then I took some green pigment and mixed it with shadow seal to make it into a liquid eyeshadow so that I could shape it better. Using a fine brush, I began to create wave shapes, blending it up to the middle of my eyelids, and applied black pencil to my waterline.
Apply mascara and golden eyeshadow to the inner corner of the eye to gently and subtly highlight this area, then apply foundation and contouring and seal everything with translucent powder. For lipstick, I chose a wine color and added copper glitter on top. Finish by applying highlighter, but this time use a liquid eyeshadow with glitter to highlight the nose and cheekbones.
