The first ATM for cryptocurrency opened on October 29, 2013. It was a Robocoin machine located in Canada's Waves Coffee Shop in Vancouver

Interesting to know the first crypto ATM popped up in a coffee shop back in 2013. Now, crypto’s everywhere, but a lot of people still don’t trust it. Funny how things change but stay the same.
I'll have to ask my Lamassu friends, because I used one of their ATMs before then. I believe they had a prototype much earlier in the year and demonstrated it at conferences.
Robocoin may have been the first in a permanent public location.
