I do have @creativeworkhour in my mind because it was both a great place to be for folks, and really good for my productivity. It just sits right in my afternoon ME/CFS rest time atm.

We have 3 sessions per day, maybe one might work.

Cuppa Joe is just 15 minutes at 2:45-3:00pm GMT.
Creative Work Hour 60 minutes at 3:00pm GMT.
Practice Not Perfect 60 minutes at 4:00pm GMT.
