World Baseball Classic: One month away from the baseball party (Part II) [ESP/ENG]

In the previous installment we analyzed the first two groups of the next edition of the World Classic and today it is time to review the other remaining groups that are interesting like the others. Without further ado, let's get into the analysis.

In group C, the only one that will be played in Asia, will be the defending champion and top winner of these tournaments, Japan. The Japanese team is once again the favorite to advance to the grand final of the tournament supported by MLB figures such as Shohei Ohtani, Seiya Suzuki, Kazuma Okamoto, Munetaka Murakami and Masataka Yoshida among others and a mix of the best athletes in their league who are not second to anyone. They will share a group with their bitter rivals on the continent, South Korea and Chinese Taipei, as well as the Czech Republic and Australia, who gave the clarion call by eliminating the South Koreans against all odds in a great game decided by one run. Qualification for the next round will be very close and must be defined on the last day, between Koreans, Australians and Taipeians, the latter surprise champions of the Premier 12

We reach the last group of this analysis and just because it is the last it is not left behind in the sporting part, despite having two clear favorites to qualify and advance in the tournament such as Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. The Quisqueyans have called up an enviable roster trying to repeat the feat of 2013 when they won the tournament undefeated, certainly the only ones in history to do so, but the vinotinto or the so-called Arepa Power is not far behind. With big names like Ronald Acuña Jr, Jackson Chourio, Eugenio Suárez, Salvador Pérez, Luis Arraez, Ranger Suárez and company they will try to reach the semi-finals that they have not achieved since the 2009 edition. The other members of the group Israel, Nicaragua and the Netherlands have players of interest such as Ozzie Albies, Mark Vientos but I think they are a step or two below the Venezuelans and Dominicans, although the field always has the last word and more that the ball is round and comes in a square box
