Hello beautiful people of the Open Mic Community. It’s your boy, @akwash360. I’m really happy to participate in this week’s edition with the theme “Children.” In order to align with the theme for the week, I decided to do a cover of the song “Joy Joy Joy” by Destiny Kids.

I’ve known this song since I was a child, and I can remember how much I loved it back then, probably because the singers were children just like me. However, as I grew older, I began to understand the deeper meaning and inspiration behind the song.
The song describes how the children of God should live their lives in joy and happiness at all times. Jesus gave his life to set us free from every form of burden that may come our way. Though trials and tribulations may arise, knowing that he died to set me free gives me every reason to rejoice and be glad in the Lord. This understanding alone is enough reason for the children of God to be bold and live a joyful life.

This song has truly blessed me, and I really enjoyed it. I hope it blesses you as well. Thank you for visiting my blog, and I look forward to seeing you next time.
