A tale of two thoughts - A Poetic Practice
Pigs
Stuffing your faces
With food yuppie scooped like feaces
Reviews are gold
They never get old
Unless they are sold
The superficial
Feel themselves special
Nothing other than being sacrificial.
There's not a dew drop in the wind not worth holding on when the thirst burns hot through your throat.
Often there is a thought floating through the air like a knife slicing through tensions brought on by others wanting their piece.
A task worth doing is like a walk through lonely trails taking all the time and effort to reach a single destination with a view worth a lifetime.
Delicacies on the table scrumptious like feasts from magical fable consumed and savored slowly surely licking everything with careful fingers.
Sometimes wasting time is all I want to do to get me through the night lost in my thoughts without a cause a purpose I'm not even sure it's white and pure.
Well, the first poem definitely embodies what a pigs life will be, for the most of them. It's gluttonous, yet weirdly innocent.
I wrote that while watching a family devour food in front of me like Pigs.
