Monomad: Great Mormon
There are billions of newborn butterflies in the world every day. They survive in one area, mate and reproduce, lay eggs in a safe place, and then migrate to another location. The presence of butterflies makes this world more beautiful. To become a graceful butterfly, one must pass through certain stages of metamorphosis. A larva or caterpillar is one of those stages.
Almost every morning, I noticed great Mormons (Papilio memnon) flying in my yard. They are large and graceful butterflies. This one is the butterfly's larva, so it is chubby and chewy. I let the lime leaves in my yard get destroyed for this little one. That's okay. It's all for the newborn of the great Mormon!

Thanks Bli 😁
It is an interesting world, to be able to see these beautiful insects in full process. And how fortunate that in your environment you can photograph these species, where I live I rarely have the opportunity to see butterflies or at least I have not seen.
Thanks for your kind words. Maybe you should take a walk in the garden more often 🙂
Such inspiring photos in the small world, I marvel at how close and detailed such a small creature is!
Thank you so much for your kind words 😊
