Monomad: A Great Guest

My yard had a great guest this morning. She was a beautiful skimmer perched quietly on a leaf. She was so quiet that she didn't even move an inch. There are no swamps or ponds near my house. So I'm sure she just wandered into my yard. That's okay, our house is always open to great visitors like her. I rushed inside to get a drink because I had to serve my guest, but when I returned, I noticed she was gone. I hope she comes back tomorrow, and I'll serve her some fresh iced syrup.
