Golden Jumping Spider (Evarcha sp.)

The drizzle had just stopped, leaving raindrops on the bushes. The drizzle seemed to have caught the little guy. And some raindrops were still stuck to his head. I noticed that he occasionally tried to wipe the little crystal balls with his pedipalps.

The characteristics suggested that this jumping spider most likely belonged to the genus Evarcha. I often encounter many spiders of that type in the bushes. It just takes a keen eye to find them.
