I am with Hive network since 2018. It means I have spend 8 precious years of my life using Hive network. Hive came into existence after hardfork of Steem blockchain. When I started my journey on steemit network, then steem price was around $2 to $3. Now steem and hive both are at their lowest levels. Why Hive is declining, despite being a very fast, reliable and free to use network?

I have over 17K hive tokens but the value of these tokens is not more than $1300. This is ridiculously very low price of hive tokens. Hive is making lower lows and lower highs since months. It means big players are dumping hive tokens. They are selling whenever hive price increases. This is nothing but dumping. No matter how hardcore fan you may be but you cannot change this reality. But the question arises why are they dumping hive?

Reason may be the increasing numbers of bots on this platforms. Yes, hivewatchers etc. are fighting against it but it is not so easy. Other reason is that users do not interact with each other as much as they should do. This discourages genuine investors to invest on hive. Also, misuse of DHF fund is also a reason. So, there are too many obstacles before hive network to grow. Without concrete plan this won't stop.
