The Endless Search for Pleasure and Meaning
Greetings friends!

In this world, humans are always in search of pleasure and satisfaction. We constantly seek opportunities that might bring us joy. To fulfill this longing, we created art, invented countless things, and devised systems to give our existence some sense of meaning.
Yet, this world is not a place where any creature can live freely without hindrance. Nothing here is free of struggle. Wild animals may appear free, but they must contend with predators, competitors, and parasites. Even predators must watch for rivals and survive their own battles with disease and scarcity.
Humans face all of these struggles and more. On top of natural challenges, we carry the weight of social, economic, and political burdens. Natural calamities further intensify our suffering. And unlike other creatures, our self-awareness does not grant us peace; it magnifies our restlessness, reminding us of life’s meaninglessness.
To cope, we turn to motivational speeches, inspirational quotes, and endless self-help philosophies to boost our morale. Above all, we created religion – a supposedly the supreme invention in our attempt to console ourselves. Through it, we convinced ourselves that our suffering will end someday, that there exists another world with no pain, no sadness, and no loss. These are the illusions we have created to hide the true face of the reality.
But those who have glimpsed the raw, unmasked face of this world often live in perpetual sorrow. They become misfits in society, unable to accept illusions, while those still sheltered by comforting beliefs seem comparatively happier. In my view, everything in this world is illusionary, devoid of happiness and truth. Illusion is painful but truth is more painful because it gives us no solution of our problem. I myself had experienced this.
There is no true escape from this cycle of existence. Death itself appears as the only solution. But what if death is not an end, but merely the beginning of another cycle of birth and suffering? We have no answer. So, we have to live and repeat the cycle.
Thanks!
This world is a painful place. Struggle, sufferings and pains are the things that are eternal while happiness comes in intervals and that is also very short lived. !LADY, !FUN,!LOL

Interesting take! The level of illusion in this world is quite high now, especially with the advent of the digital age. I think knowing that everything is temporary can serve as some form of consolation against the seemingly endless suffering that we tend to experience with life here on Earth.
Life is not a boon, it's a curse. We were non-existing before birth, we won't exist after death. Only a small fraction of time is the cause of all the pains and sufferings.
