Do you know how hard it has become to please girls these days?

Yesterday, my girlfriend met me. Her eyes were blazing with the kind of disappointment usually reserved for forgetting a birthday. She was furious that I didn’t meet her on Valentine’s Day.

She assumed I was trying to save money on her as if I’d skip the dinner with her just to save a few dollars. If only she knew the truth, she would have known how busy I was on that day.

I wasn’t avoiding her. I was just fully booked on that day. I had to meet four other girls and had to give precious gifts to all of them. On that day four carefully timed “romantic” encounters had left me more emotionally drained than any horror movie ever could have done. By the end of the night, I wasn’t a man in love. I was a man carefully running a Valentine’s Day marathon to please all the girls. But hey, at least no one can accuse me of having a small heart. Is this possible for a man to met four different girls in a single day and give precious gifts to all of them?

Off course, my girlfriend won't realize how hard it was for me. But you people know very well how difficult it was for me to manage everything perfectly on that day.
