I didn't write about it at the time, but one of my cousins died a few days ago... He lived on the other side of the country, so everything I know right now is second-hand knowledge.

He was heavily I'll. His brother, (a cousin I'm more acquainted with,) visited him a week before, and the trip took a few days. After his death his brother... Apparently he took too many painkillers that it hastened his deteriorating condition... إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون...

I only knew his case was Cancer after he died. Everyone in my family already knew that part. It's sad, but the saddest part is that his mother, (my aunt), didn't go visit him in the hospital...

We didn't interact much in recent years, but I'll miss you Osama. #death #cancer

It's sad. Losing someone, no matter who they are, is usually heart-wrenching. I hope you find solace that he's gone to a place of rest, instead of staying back here to continue suffering.
Take heart.
