Excellent list. Resilience is paramount. I would add, get rid of debt. Own land. Own basic resources so that you can be as independent as possible.

Thanks! Yes, resilience gives us a certain confidence that we can make our own way in the world no matter what. I think we tend to be less inclined to cower down to fear if we have that confidence. Oh yes, getting rid of debt is super important! I don't know how I missed that. Owning land would be equally as important. Great additions to the list!
