This is actually great to read and I think will be a great article for anyone passing through any form of addiction cos you're a perfect example for them to have a hope of scaling through and getting over that addiction.

Just like you said, leaving addiction doesn't have to be on a mindset of perfection, but every little step you take day by day counts a lot and remains a great progress.
