255 Edition - My Choice of A Shelter Purchase

Hi everyone! Trust we are doing great.

Just as the tempting question came from ladies of Hive community to choose between a big beautiful house that needs a lot of repairs and remodeling but purchase price is low AND a small but not as beautiful as the previous one, no repairs but it's price is much higher than the previous one.

I would rather have it big to accommodate as many people as I want in my home as family and loved ones to be around me when they want to come visiting and not restricting because I have a small space.
Currently, there are times that we may want to gather or meet at home for a meeting or a function in my family but the thoughts of having enough space for people to stay in makes us have a second thought on having an alternative measure in place or having to sleep together in the rooms like like fishes in a Titus sandine tin just so people can just sleep and wake the next day for the function.

With this, having a well spacious house had always been my wish to avoid these issues in my own case.
Coupled with the fact that it is beautiful makes it a more closer and better option for me because even if there is a need for remodeling or repairs to bring it to my taste, it is still originally beautiful and catchy in sight to me and whoever sees it then it's worth it.

Actually there's no house that is with no repairs as long as you didn't build it from scratch of your own taste so I wouldn't mind having it big and beautiful with repairs for the main time till it gets to my taste.
Moreover, I'm purchasing it at a low amount of money so I would be able to get enough for the whole remodeling and repairs.

Though it's of the belief that repairing houses most times takes a lot of money but since I'm getting it cheap then it's not a problem rather than paying a much higher amount of money for a small house that is not even as beautiful as the big one because it doesn't require investing time and money for repairs.
