“Becoming Adie: My Journey of Growth, Grace, and Gratitude”
Hi Hivers!

Life after graduation felt like standing at the edge of a new world. I still remember the excitement and nervousness I felt as I wore my graduation gown, holding the diploma that represented years of hard work, sleepless nights, and countless lessons learned especially that before I graduate I become a working student at night and student in the morning.

After finishing my degree, I was eager to apply what I had learned and prove myself in the real world. My first few months as a new employee were filled with challenges. I had to adjust to the fast pace of work, meet different kinds of people, and learn the value of teamwork and communication. Every day was a learning experience, and every mistake became an opportunity to grow.

Hi! My name is Aederim Tiala, but most people know me as Adie. I’m a 25-year-old woman who’s passionate about learning, growing, and creating meaningful experiences both in my personal and professional life. I am know as 'Super Adie" because I always go beyond my limit. I am always happy go lucky.

I started this blog to share my journey — from being a graduate student to becoming a professional. Over the years, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about titles or achievements, but about the lessons you gain, the people you meet, and the person you become along the way.
As time passed, I developed confidence and leadership skills. I learned how to handle responsibilities, solve problems calmly, and guide others with patience. My dedication and positive attitude helped me earn the trust of my team and my managers — eventually leading me to become a supervisor.

Now, I started as a waiter to become a supervisor, I see how far I’ve come from the fresh graduate I once was. My journey taught me that success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes effort, humility, and the willingness to keep learning.

I’m proud of the person I’ve become — someone who not only manages work but also inspires others to reach their goals. My story reminds me that every ending, like graduation, is just the beginning of something greater.

Through my posts, I hope to inspire others who are also navigating their own paths — whether it’s finding confidence in a new job, building leadership skills, or simply discovering what makes them happy. I believe in working with heart, leading with kindness, and continuously striving to be better every day.

I am onboarded by @ chinito & @antonette we meet through facebook and oriented me how Hive works. It is such a blessing to me because in this way I can share my experiences with all of you.

I admire the self-confidence you convey. I wish I had been like you at your age! Yes, it's hard to work and study at the same time. I did it too, but as you say, every experience teaches us something and creates a better future for us if we learn from them. You have some good mentors, follow their advice and you'll do well.
