Yes I know, I know that in the game it said that I'm still silver, until yesterday I went to gold, but the fact is that I'm Crystal, I just need to win some games and collect that medal.

It's not a joke, I'm totally serious, it's determinant that I'm Crystal. Probably most of the people that don't play these Arenas, will think it's because few people play them or the ones that reach high ranks is because they play Fire or Cursed, which are very broken weapons in this game.

My history with the Arenas, I've always played since before the competitive mode arrived, when the competitive mode arrived I reached silver with 2300 points something like that and I abandoned it for external reasons, but I've never played Fire or Cursed or Healer, I've always leaned towards Melee weapons, especially Bloodletter, Deathgivers and now with the Dual Daggers, all parts of the branch of the daggers.

I've flirted a lot with swords, spear, hammer and even with tank bibs because in these 5vs5 a good tank gives a lot of advantage.

After the first competitive season, they changed the map to the one that is still the current one, which I disliked a lot and I felt that my weapons did not work and that's where I left for a long time, because it is a very closed map, very tight, different from the one I was used to, which had more spaces for the players.

This narrower map, is very simple for ranged like Fire and Cursed, because they push, long range damage and a lot of range to hit and no need to move so much and that's where we Melee suffer a lot more.

The key to go far in Arenas

This helmet is the best decision I've made in my build, the reason is simple, the opposing team usually has Healer with push and Fire Staff with forced movement and my helmet is what counteracts that effect because although it doesn't eliminate damage, it makes you immune to effects like fear.

I will never forget how because of this helmet I came back in a game at the last second to execute the opponent avoiding his healer to push me.

Another key I could also say are these shoes, but when they don't work very well, they can work excessively bad and that's where I have to change them for something more normal.

The good thing is that it increases my damage with daggers, makes me invisible and brings me closer to Melee to the player I select, which can be from my team or the opponent's.

In future posts I hope to be able to transmit more my keys to raise my rank in Arenas, I think I'm playing 100 times better than when I started and although my winrate is 47%, ie negative, I think it's not bad for someone who plays alone, because I have beaten people with more item power, with more rank, better winrate and even premade also being protagonist in the fights.

Si lo sé, sé que en el juego decía que aun soy plata, hasta ayer que pasé a oro, pero el hecho es que ya soy Crystal solo me falta ganar algunos juegos y recoger esa medalla.

No es una broma, es totalmente en serio, es determinante que soy Crystal. Probablemente la mayoría de las personas que no juegan estas Arenas, pensarán que es porque pocas personas las juegan o los que llegan a rangos altos es porque juegan Fire o Cursed, las cuales son armas muy broken en este juego.

Mi historia con las Arenas, va de que siempre he jugado desde antes de que llegara el competitivo, cuando llego el modo competitivo llegué a plata con 2300 puntos algo así y lo abandoné por motivos externos, pero nunca he jugado Fire ni Cursed ni Healer, siempre me he inclinado por armas Melee, especialmente Bloodletter, Deathgivers y ahora con las Dual Daggers, todas partes de la rama de las dagas.

He coqueteado mucho con las espadas, la lanza, martillo incluso con pecheras para tanques porque en estos 5vs5 un buen tanque da mucha ventaja.

Luego de la primera temporada competitiva, cambiaron el mapa a el que todavía sigue siendo el actual, el cual me disgustó mucho y sentía que ya mis armas no funcionaban y allí fue donde abandoné por más tiempo, porque es un mapa muy cerrado muy apretado, distinto al que estaba acostumbrado que tenía más espacios para clickar y moverse.

Este mapa más estrecho, es muy simple para ranged como Fire y Cursed, porque empujan, daño a largo plazo y mucho rango para pegar y sin necesidad de moverse tanto y allí es donde los Melee sufrimos mucho más.

La clave para llegar lejos en Arenas

Este casco es la mejor decisión que he tomado en mi build, la razón es sencilla, el equipo contrario suele tener Healer con empujar y Fire Staff con movimiento forzado y mi casco es lo que contrarresta ese efecto porque aunque no elimina el daño, te hace inmune a efectos como el fear.

Nunca olvidaré como por este casco remonté una partida en el último segundo para ejecutar al rival evitando que su healer me empujara.

Otra de las claves también podría decir que son estos zapatos, pero cuando no funcionan muy bien, pueden funcionar excesivamente mal y es donde debo cambiarlos por algo más normal.

Lo bueno es que aumenta mi daño con las dagas, me hace invisible y me acerca a Melee al jugador que seleccione, el cual puede ser de mi equipo o del contrario.

En post futuros espero poder transmitir más mis claves para subir mi rango en Arenas, creo que estoy jugando 100 veces mejor a cuando empecé y aunque mi winrate es de 47%, es decir negativo, creo que no está nada mal para alguien que juega solo, porque he ganado a gente con mayor poder de objeto, con más rango, mejores winrate e incluso premade además siendo protagonista en los combates.
