Communication device 'phone', has undergone a lot of evolution over the years so much that, now there are also smart watches which are very incredible and very portable.
Back in the ages, you either had to go to a communication centre to make a call or, you join a queue to make a phone call at a phone booth.

We migrated from that era, jumped through non smart phones and landed into a century where smartphones reigns. Classic.
Now my curiosity is fixated on what is to come after this...

The operating systems of smartphones, android, became very popular in the early 2000s followed by IOS. These systems, have thier own set of strong suites, depending on users taste and preferences.

I have always been an android phones user and certainly prefers that to IOS. Well, to make fair judgement, I would have to use an IOS operated phone to be able to make comparison, technically. But, that possibility is already ruled out.

I choose android phones over IOS for the following reasons:

Cost friendly with varied options:

Android phones are cost friendly and has lots of brands and options , in terms of specs and financial capacity. Even the average Ghanaian can own and android operated phone. IOS phones are very expensive.

Universal charger:

I have witness how frustrating it was, to have an iphone with low battery but my friend couldn't get charger easily to power up and withdraw money from her phone. Android uses either use micro-USB or USB-C connection. It doesn't have to be about the brand of the phone, but you can use a charger of a different brand of phone to charge another, simple.

I believe android has a higher lifespan than IOS phones.

I have had a phone that fell many times that I lost count, on hard surfaces with shuttered screen, but it functioned still, I was surprised. IOS would have stopped functioning.

Battery last longer on Android I get to watch my movies anywhere, anytime, without worry.

For many reasons and more, I choose Android.
