Our physical bodies truly interacts with our mental health in a binding way such that, each's action and reactions affects the other. It is important we feed our physical bodies with positivity to transfer the energy to our minds.

It is not easy considering the existence of stress an anxiety. I believe you would get to were you want to be and you thought me something new today about the nervous system.
