I imagine that with the smell dispersed throughout the neighborhood everyone arrives like bees to the honeycomb, the process, although laborious, I love because I also usually do it, well, I used to... hahaha.
For you coffee lovers, there is nothing more pleasant than sitting down to enjoy your wonderful elixir...

Tips: I like to take it out of the heat when the granite gets shiny on the outside...especially the large grain ones. And I don't grind it until it cools a little so that it releases all the CO2 it absorbed during the process.... this way its essential oils will be well fixed to the aroma and flavor of the coffee.
