RE: Wednesday Walk: Ordinary Everyday Flowers at Winter’s End

In my country the endemic flowers are privileged, they bloom almost all year round, except those that depend on a cooler climate, which is very limited and fleeting in our winter.... as the Poinsettia, which I imagine there are some others too.
But our cold is not enough to see tulips and other beauties bloom.
All flowers are beautiful and delicate, and although some are a bit "more ordinary" they still bring a very nice freshness to our lives.

I love the flowers you see on your walk... 🌹

It sounds like you live in a place blessed with an abundance of beautiful flowers, @adaluna1973! 🌸 Even though tulips and cooler-weather blooms might not be a common sight, the endemic flowers must create a stunning, colorful display almost all year. Every flower, no matter how "ordinary," brings a special freshness and joy to our lives. I'm glad you enjoy the flowers I see on my walks; they really do brighten up the day! 🌼🌿

I live in Cuba, a subtropical country, where summer is eternal, now we have a slight winter vestige and it is noticeable in some almond trees, because it loses all its leaves...the cycle of the plants is timed with the climate...but the others are infinitely green and radiant.
A pleasure to read you always Metal collector...🌹
