Scifi Multiverse. Taking proper care of our food

Hello beautiful friends in scifi Multiverse community. This is your friend @adaezeinchrist. We are in week 39 episode 2 and we have a beautiful topic which says:- Food safety.

When I saw the topic I was so happy because it is something that affects everyone and we need to talk it for our own good. The good thing here is that we eat food everyday, some eat food and get sick while some eat food and become More healthier. What can we say it the problem here? This is as a result of what we take in to our system and how we take it in. It is possible to eat something very good for the body, but if it wasn't prepared well, it becomes poison to us.

I want to narrow my own talk to the meat that we buy from the market because that is also part of the food we consume in life.

I recently noticed that the some of the meat we buy from the market is not too good for us. Why did I said so? Sometimes when you go to abattoir you will see them preparing a dead animal to sell to people and we don't even what killed the animal. Sometimes it is the kind of meat that our bodies don't accept but because we don't know we just buy and go home to cook.

Take for example where you need goat meat and you discovered that another meat was prepared as goat meat and sold to you. Some people are allergic to one kind of meat or the other. Once they consume it, their body begin to react and they will fall sick.

These is just but a few examples. Most times our health is so dependant on what we eat during the day.

How does poor storage affect our food?
I have decided to store the meat we eat by myself. Sometimes when I get a very good one I buy it in big quantity. I store some in the fridge near my house and the rest I smoke and use it the way I want because I know that if the meat that I eat is bad, it will also affect my health. Because of that I make sure to store the meat myself to avoid stories that touches the heart.

Personal hygiene
Personal hygiene has alot to do when it comes to food safety. You decide what hurts you and if you buy anything that your mind did not accept it,
