My type of friends.

Friendship is a gift from God and should be treated as such. I value friendship a lot especially when I have the correct ones around me.

For this week 123 in #hive Ghana community I will love to talk about friendship. I fail in love with the topic as soon as I saw them. I also picked this one because I am good at making friends. Hahaha 😂. Don't get me wrong. I don't just go around making friends, I make only good and reasonable friends. Though as humans there are times you don't know what is happening around you or even what your friends are up to, but with due time it will come to light. Good friends helps us becoming better version of ourselves and that is why is it said that evil companion corrupt good manners. And the same way the good companion correct bad manners. When there is the presence of a good fellow in your life, things works the normal way and people around can testify to that.

FROM MY EXPERIENCE

When I was growing up as a teenager I had so much bad influence on me because of the kind of friends that I kept those days. My mom saw it coming and warned me but I was too stubborn to listen and move away from those friends. I continued until my life almost got ruined. Before I got to 18 years I was already a bad girl moving from one night party to another. It was only God that delivered me. Thanks to God because I left them just on time when I heard the word of God. Most of those my friends are no more alive today because of the bad lifestyle they chose.

MAKING FRIENDS
I have learnt my lessons from my past mistakes and I don't want history to repeat itself. So, because of that I make sure to select my friends by myself. Friends don't come to me and ask me for friendship, but I go to them instead if I noticed that they have what I want.

CRITERIAS TO CONSIDER

God fearing:
This is one of the major quality I need to see in any person I want to be with as my friend.

Trustworthy:
I need to be sure I can trust anyone with me as my friend because I will always be making myself open before such a fellow.

Easy to forgive:
If I noticed that this person can hold you down in her heart for months because of a mistake and will hardly forgive, then we can be together. Even if the friendship have started, we can go our separate ways because I can stay with someone who can keep a hurt in the heart for months or even years.

Loving and caring too:
I am the last born in my family and I love to be taken care of. People who stay around me knows me with that because I love attention alot. Hahaha 😂. Don't worry is not that deep. Is something that can be handled. I also do take care of people alot. So that is a good match

I think I can stop here because I still have more, but for the sake of this post I will love to stop here.
