MY DREAM MARRIAGE

Marriage is a blessing to us because we are all coming from one family or the other. If there is no marriage, the. We won't exist today.

When we talk about marriage what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Do you know that some people are afraid of getting married today because of what is happening in so many families. We have more broken home than happy home. When we say broken home, it must not necessarily be that the man and woman are separated. Some still live together under the same roof yet they are separated. Maybe they just don't won't people to notice so they decided to live under the same house and make people believe that they are still together. Some couple still go out putting on the same type of clothes to weddings and ceremonies, yet they are separated. So many marriages have failed and that is why people are afraid to get married.

WHAT KIND OF MARRIAGE DO I DESIRE?

I know that I have been married for some years now, and I am living happily with my husband because we have decided to make our marriage work. Not withstanding if I have the chance now to choose what kind of marriage that I want, I will choose differently. Maybe not something entirely different from what I have now, but an additional spice to make our marriage better. I love to be taken care of. I know that I may not get it the way I want it, but I am still hopeful because faith is the substance of things Hoped for .

I would have asked for an understanding husband. Someone who understands me just as I am. A friend and not a husband. A lover and not a judge. When we look at our African men, you will discover that the way some of them show their love is different from what we have in the UK. I need someone that I can see as my friend and not just a husband who is ready to ask questions upon question when I make a little mistake. Providing for the family is not just what a woman needs, she needs a little pampering. She needs someone who knows what she is sad and when she is happy.

Thanks be to God for hive-reachout for this great topic because it has reawakening my spirit to know and remind myself what I need in my marriage and to be intentional about making it work in my family.

A FRIEND AND A BROTHER.
This is what I have ever wanted and by God's grace I am witnessing it today and I pray for more fruitfulness in my marriage. We need to work to make it what we want. If we refuse to work on our marriage, then we can't get the needed result that we desire. All that we want will just be a mere wish that will not see the light of the day.
