Maintaining a healthy digital relationship

Digital relationship is gradually taken over the former way that people meet before. Before you have to know someone very well before accepting that fellow as your friend or even move into a serious relationship. But it is no more done that way. We are moving digital and even relationship is getting stronger in the digital space.

I don't think I have anything bad in my head about Digital relationship. Though I know that it has its own side effects. There some that it has favored and some have been scammed through such media. But all the same I still believe that it can bring out something very good. It is not everything that is online that is a scam. This is what some people have refused to understand. Once you hear someone say that he or she is dating someone online, we just feel that it is not correct. We don't need to feel like that or see it that way. Most people have actually found love in the digital space, and some will still found theirs.

USING MYSELF AS AN EXAMPLE

I have met alot of people in the hive Blockchain that I don't even know how they look like. Some of them are my very good friends and some we just meet in the community where we drop out post almost on daily basis. Sometimes I see myself bounding with some of them. I have taken time to chat with some of them and I discovered that they are angels. I really love them so much and sometimes if I want to talk to them what I do is to check on their blogs and watch out for any new post and engage with them in a conversation. It really keeps me company and I don't want to lose such friends that I have made her. There was a time that I needed a very big help in the Blockchain and some of them that we never met physically helped me and it really made me so happy that I have friends who are willing to help.

OTHER EXAMPLES
I know of a couple years back that their wedding pictures went viral because they said they started dating in an online site. After dating for a while they decide to meet each other and love grow stronger after they met. The next thing is to plan a wedding. Today they are happily married for years now and it all started with the online dating. We can't say that everything online is a scan. No. That is not a very good thing to say.

LET'S ALSO CONSIDER SOME DISADVANTAGES
When I started online stuff and at that time I wasn't too familiar with how things work around here. Someone tried to scam me right in discord. He sent me a DM that something was sopposed to be given to me because I won it and I was required to do fill a form in order for me to get what was mine. All thanks to my hive mentor who when I showed her she quickly dictated it as a scam. She sent a DM to someone who was in charge of that discord group. Immediately the said person was removed from the group. I was warned that I should never click any link that I know nothing about. Since then my eyes got opened and thank God that I learnt a very big lesson from that experience. Another one also sent me a DM in telegram asking me to click a link to get some cash. Some of those scammers do come when you don't have anything Cash with you wishing to get money from someone. So, when such comes around you will think is an opportunity to make money. I never click on the link even when I had financial challenges at that time.

HOW CAN WE MAINTAIN A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP ONLINE?

This is a very serious one.
I believe that it is only God that can help us so that we can do the right thing. The problem might not really be from you, but someone who is out there trying all his or her best to scam people.
I believe that having the *fear of God is the beginning of this. If we have the fear of God, we will not want to deceive others online.

Secondly, do to others what you want them do to you. Most times we don't want to be cheated, but we want to cheat others. It doesn't work like that. People will always reap what they have sown. You can't plant cassava and cultivate yam at the time of harvest. No. It is what you sew that you will reap. The worse part is that sometimes it goes directly to our children.
