Eradicating poverty from the lives of widows will be my best legacy

In the whole world I believe that there is no body that would not love to live something real good behind to his or her name. Legacy is something we all crave for , but the problem is what type of legacy do people live behind? Some love good one while some live a bad legacy behind when they are gone and it goes on to affect the people that are left behind. This is one thing I must know. Not just living a legacy behind, but what type of legacy?

JUST ONE DAY
Imagine that I am permitted to be famous just for one day, hmmm! I am still thinking of that great thing that I would do that will change the world. Of course one day is 24 hours and one can achieve a lot within that 24 hours. There are lots of bad things going on that have crippled alot of people financially, but I believe that something that can be done about it.

The group of people that I am so concerned about changing their lives are the windows. I see a lot of widows going through a lot just to raise their kids up. They do a lot of jobs that is not meant for women just to make sure that their children are doing well. Infact, some of them go on to do some bad things because of the responsibilities left for them by their late husbands. Though there is no justification for doing evil, but sometimes I try to put myself in their shoes. I ask myself questions like: If I was in their shoes will I be able to jump and pass without commiting any sin? Hmmm! And sometimes when I look at how their inlaws take away every thing from them and push them away with their kids on the street, I don't blame them, but just pray for them to push through because is not an easy road to follow. So, when we see people who are following that road and making mistakes, we should just pray for them.

MY LEGACY
I will try to help all the windows that I can lay hands on around me. At least I know that if I am able to help a few and plant that seed of helping people like themselves inside them, they will go on and do same to others who are going through pains as widows. Helping them set up a good business or helping those of them that are education get a good paying job will go along way to help them raise their kids with little or no stress. These are the category of people in my mind and immediately I saw this topic of legacy I felt like bringing it up because is a way of changing their lives for good.

In conclusion, I believe in putting smiles on people's faces because it will change their lives and it can also turn back to bless me or my children in the future.
