Eating Habits That helps you to survive.
Welcome to #SciFi MultiVerse prompt for week 39. This is a special week and it goes together with the topic that says - Eating Habits.
Everyone of us eat food on daily basis and we all have the way and manner we eat our food. Before now alot of people have the type of food that they eat and I'd is not that kind of food, they will not eat. Most people don't try that again. Because the cost of food stuff in the market is too high and people are beginning to adjust what they eat.
Eating expensive food is a thing of the past for me. I don't select food Amy more. But before now I have my menu which I select food from. I already made plans of what will be eating each day. But today where is that going to take us especially for some of us in Nigeria where pray every to see the next day while we go to bed. It is indeed terrible how we have moved from a country who enough food to a country that seeks for international help just to feed it's members. Nigeria is living in dept from one level to another.
DO I SELECT FOOD BEFORE NOW?
Yes. I use to do that in the past. When the money was there. When we can just stroll to the market and buy all the food stuff that you want with just a little money and you will still have some Change. When I enter into my kitchen and see food in a very good quantity, I will just demand for what I want to eat. Before I know what was happening the food will be ready. Now we eat to survive, not to enjoy.
Eating to survive means that we just eat anything we see and allow it to settle down in us because we have told ourselves that it is all we have. We can managed it because we said so.
But when you eat to enjoy, you actually eat the what you want and not just what is available. Today most people don't eat to enjoy. We just eat to keep body and soul together. Sometimes we don't even care about balance diet. It is possible for me to eat the same thing afternoon and night. Why? Because that is what is available. I miss those good old days when we enjoy ourselves by eating what we want to.
In conclusion, it is important to note that we need to survive first. This is what is happening to us now. Survival of the fittest. Those who refuse to eat food because is not balance diet end up not eating at all because there may not be any left over.
